Best of the best: here are our highlights from 2013.

As everyone is looking back at 2013, so are ECF's Policy Officers and staff. Taking in the stories they chose, one cannot deny it has been a big year for Cycling Advocacy. Read the highlights once again, including ECF convincing national ministers, the European Parliament voting on EuroVelo, the biggest Velo-city conference ever - and more.

	Bernhard Ensink, ECF Secretary General ECF attends ITF annual summit, calls on national ministers to co-fund local cycling infrastructure "It was in 2013 again – and will be the coming years – a tough challenge to convince federal and national governments and international institutions to realize that more cycling is part of the solution of many of their challenges. We need good cycling policies on all levels, from local to international."
