ECF welcomes EU Transport Ministers commitment to cycling

The first informal Council meeting of the EU and EFTA Transport ministers on the subject of cycling, the so called “EU Cycling Summit “, has resulted in the “Declaration of Luxembourg”, an acknowledgement of the benefits of cycling and a call for the EU to develop an EU level strategic document on cycling.
