Advocacy success: the new RISM directive will save cyclists' lives

Member States are now obliged to take the needs of cyclists into account in major road investments. This is one of the published amendments to the RISM directive, that will save 3,200 lives and prevent over 20,000 serious injuries in the 2020-2030 period. ECF lobbied for this since 2017.
