Velo-city 2018 article series featuring mini interviews on plenary speakers continue with Livia Suarez, plenary speaker for the opening plenary: City for All.

Livia Suarez is a graduate from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil and a researcher of narrative performances. A business woman and cycle activist, Livia is the founder of La Frida Bike Cafe.
