A quick chat with Clarisse Cunha Linke:

o    What does Access to Life mean to you?

It means access to the city and its opportunities, access to all we need to flourish as individuals and communities.

o    What cycling lessons are you bringing to Rio?

That cycling is part of the future of the cities from an economic, environmental and equity perspective.

o    What are you looking forward to the most at Velo-city 2018?

To learn about what is happening around the world and to expand my understanding about what we need to do to promote real change.

o    What do you think is the added value of a global interdisciplinary approach to cycling?

Cycling is interdisciplinary by nature and learning how to connect global to local solutions and challenges is crucial for the future of our planet.

o    What will you visit by bike in Rio?

I live here, but having the opportunity to spend a few days around Praça Mauá will be fantastic.

The “Advocacy for Social Inclusion” plenary is scheduled for Day 3 of Velo-city 2018; Thursday 15th June 2018 at 16:40-17:40.
