EuroVelo and Cycle Tourism Conference programme

It is time to disclose the programme of the EuroVelo and Cycle Tourism Conference 2018! The European Cyclists’ Federation and Toerisme Limburg are very pleased to welcome more than 40 speakers in Hasselt on 26-28 September 2018.

The EuroVelo and Cycle Tourism Conference aims to gather professionals from the world of cycle tourism and beyond in order to share innovations and good practices and to create a relaxed environment for networking. Speakers from all over Europe will give presentations that have been grouped into themes such as Experiences, Cycling hardware, Marketing & Promotion and Sustainable tourism.

The Annual National EuroVelo Coordination Centres and Coordinators (NECC/Cs) Meeting (only for National EuroVelo Coordination Centres and Coordinators) will be held on 26 September. In the evening, participants in the EuroVelo and Cycle Tourism Conference 2018 will be invited to pre-register at the Hotel Radisson Blu and to join the Welcome Reception (19:30 to 21:00).

The EuroVelo and Cycle Tourism Conference will take place on 27 September. The full conference’s programme (still subject to changes and updates) can be found below:

In addition to the sessions, there will also be an exhibition space at the conference venue, where cycle tourism companies will present their products. The last day of the conference will be dedicated to social activities and participants will have the opportunity to choose between five exciting site visits.
