This report of the ECF HEAT study (2015) brings together findings from the literature on the HEAT; a survey of users; and interviews; to make recommendations for increasing its use across Europe.
There are 2 versions of "Turn up the HEAT": A SUMMARY report and a FULL report:
1. The SUMMARY report of "Turn up the HEAT" : contains Methods, Results, Discussion & Recommendations to Increase the use of the HEAT. Updated version (September 2016). Contains corrections of typographic errors.
2. The COMPLETE report of “Turn up the HEAT” . This version contains the above information and supplementary materials including The Survey and The Interview Guide. Updated version (04/07/2016). Contains minimal corrections in layout and format.
