This document that has been put together by a group of 25 experts, representing 13 governmental and non-governmental organisations, academia and business representations. The results of this public consultation will feed into the final blueprint document that will be published at the Velo-city 2017 conference in June in Arnhem-Nijmegen and then be submitted to the European Commission as a new inspiration for action.
