tHE ECF organisational development workshop held by Kevin Maine contains the tools and best practice for creating a stronger advocacy organisations network in Europe by helping the organisations through strategic change. Among some of the strategies, the workshop explains how to help members identify possible future roles and opportunities, evaluate how current strengths and weaknesses relate to future opportunities, and how to get a shared understanding and commitment to future priorities. The cycling advocates grasped the opportunity to learn and practice the theory of “Windows of Opportunity” in the context of advocacy and develop model business plans in policy proposals and strategic collaborations.
