A cycling tour was co-organised on 1-7 May 2017, by Turkish ECF Member Enverçevko (Energy Efficiency and Environment Protection Association), Bursa Bubidosd (Bursa Bicycle and Nature Friends Association), Uludağ University Bicycle Community and supported by SKB (Union of Healthy Cities of Turkey), to encourage cycling in cities.

The tour started from Bursa, at SKB Headquarter office, joining the major of Bursa Mr Recep Altepe, and finished in Denizli where the Annual General Meeting of SKB was held.
A team of 25 cyclists, aged 19-65 years old, cycled for 580km over a period of six days! The cyclists visited 8 mayors on the route, to draw attention to the health benefits of physical activity in addressing obesity, diabetes and metabolic diseases. The team encouraged the mayors to support cycling in urban mobility through the #Nowwemove and #Nowwebike campaigns and cycling tourism in their region.

A short film was prepared for the cycling trip, and will be disseminated to 70 municipalities. The film can be found here.
