The biggest gathering of cycling advocates will take place this May in the Swedish capital. Hot policy topics, global and European advocacy developments but also organizational issues will be on the menu of the two-day meeting.

With over 80 delegates from approximately 40 countries, the opportunity to exchange and shape common positions on key advocacy issues is unique. Therefore we will frame the core AGM agenda with workshops on organizational development, pedelecs and EU funding. Not to forget the importance of networking: Delegates will have the opportunity to socialize, visit the famous Bianchi café in Stockholm and enjoy a number of proposed cycle rides to let off steam after all the hard work!

The AGM is organized by ECF’s Swedish member and successful Leadership Program participant CYKELFRÄMJANDET. For more information on the AGM go here.

Don’t miss the opportunity: Be an ECF Board member!

All ECF members can put forward their candidates to become Board members and take on one of the most meaningful roles in the cycling community. We are looking for people with the drive and the right skillset to guide, support and inspire the growing work of ECF and to represent the diversity of ECF members in size, activity and geographical distribution. As a Board member you will get to:

  • Support other ECF members with your unique skills and experience
  • Play an ambassadorial role for the cycling community as a whole
  • Offer input and high-level advise for the work carried out by ECF staff during the ECF board meetings in Brussels (four times a year).

Candidates can put forward their candidacy until the day of the AGM but the Board strongly recommends that interested parties should fill in this form and send it in advance. The form should be sent to Administration Director Wini van Wonterghem   until 10th of May
