As an organisation who is dealing with urban mobility and urban cycling since 2002, Centar za životnu sredinu (CZZS) aims to improve cycling in Bosnia and Herzegovina even more. The ECF is looking forward to help CZZS members and its president Nataša Crnković to achieve this goal.

Last but not least, the ECF gladly welcomes the “Municipal Association of Bicycle Tourism Circle Relaxation”, a new Polish member. The association (in polish Miejskie koło turystyki rowerowej "Relaks" stowarzyszenie pozytku publicznego) is based in the city of Lubartów – in the east of the country – and is a non-profit organization whose president Tadeusz Matwiejczyk can count on 30 active members.
