In the EU White Paper on Transport, the European Union has set very concrete targets to improve goods delivery in cities: the Commission wants to achieve essentially CO2-free logistics in major urban centres by 2030. ECF is convinced that deliveries by (e-)cycles and (e-)cargo-cycles can contribute to this target while ensuring the vitality and the needs of the city, its shops and residents.
