ECF position paper: EuroVelo - A truly sustainable Trans-European Network - Transport (TEN-T)

Brussels, 27 April 2009: How does the future of the Trans-European Network Transport (TEN-T) look like? The European Commission invited contributions from stakeholders in order to publish a Green Paper later this year.

In its position paper, ECF argued for an integration of EuroVelo, the European cycle route network, into TEN-T. An integration would bring about structural financing in order to complete the 66,000 km long cycle route network, consisting currently of 12 routes.
