Short Summary

The “Coordinadora Catalana d'Usuaris de la Bicicleta” is an organisation created with the aim of coordinating all the associations that promote and defend bicycle as a means of transport and as a leisure time activity in Catalonia. Its members are, thus, diferent associations aimed to the promotion of bicycle use and also  many groups which have similar objectives such as nature conservation and improvement of environment and health.
We work further on: - political lobby (parliament, government)   - raising the profile of cycling (promotion, enforcement)    - publications (Cyclists' Guide, Cycling and Health, Public Transport and the Bicycle)   - inter-city commuting and cycle-touring.

The main objectives that the Coordinadora wants to achieve are:
Exchanging information between our members.
Working together to solve any kind of problems that ciclists may deal with.
Promoting cooperation between our members.
Offering services to our members.
Spreading the benefits of those policies that promote bicycles in towns, cities and countryside.
